Enjoy a Homemade Breakfast at Historic Smithton Inn
We know that one of the best things about staying in a Bed and Breakfast is the BREAKFAST! A typical breakfast at the Smithton Inn includes Colombian coffee & a collection of teas, our signature juice blend & fresh orange juice, a fruit dish, scrumptious inn-baked muffins and breads, signature homemade granola, and a hot entree such as Cinnamon Apple Baked French Toast, Baked Eggs in a Ham Cup, Sausage and Cheese Mini-Frittatas, Bananas Foster Pancakes, Italian Crustless Quiche or Strawberry Amaretto Stuffed French Toast.
Special Dietary Needs
We know that many of our guests have special dietary needs either through choice or necessity. If you fall into this category, just let us know ahead of time so we can make sure we have the necessary ingredients on hand, and so we can take special care to avoid cross-contamination during the preparation of your food. We have a great assortment of recipes to accommodate guests who have food allergies, are lactose intolerant or have celiac disease. We can also prepare special meals for people on diets (low carb/low calorie) or who have made vegetarian or vegan lifestyle choices.
Again, just let us know your dietary needs ahead of time to ensure that we serve up a breakfast you can enjoy!
