The Inn offers everything from generous but cozy rooms with working 
fireplaces and private baths, to a luxurious three room suite. 
Room rates are from $95 to $125 double occupancy;  (weekdays)
From $115 to $145 double occupancy;  (weekends)
The suite is from $135 to $155.
Single occupancy is $10 less than double.
Rates include a full breakfast in the dining room. 
Featherbeds are available, but must be requested at least a day 
before your arrival.

Guests check-in the Inn after 3:30 and up to 7:30 PM. 
Please give us a call if you would require later arrival arrangements.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Refunds are only made when a reservation is cancelled 
13 days prior to the date of the reservation.

Location is 11 miles North of Lancaster, PA, and 5 miles South of Pennsylvania Turnpike Exit 286. From North or South, take Highway 222 to the Ephrata Exit. Turn West on 322 for exactly 2.5 miles to the Inn. 322 is Ephrata's main street. The Smithton is located on the corner of Main and Academy  Drive (traffic light), which is at the top of the hill, just above the Ephrata Cloister Museum. Turn left onto Academy Drive to the entrance and parking lot.
