Mouthwatering Breakfasts: Peach Sour Cream Muffin Recipe, Historic Smithton Inn

Peaches are in season in Lancaster PA, so they're playing a prominent role in the breakfast menus at the Historic Smithton Inn these days!  Farmers markets across the county have large bins of locally grown peaches and nectarines, just picked off the tree!

One of our guests' favorite breakfast recipe is Peach Sour Cream muffins.  The sour cream makes these muffins wonderfully moist, and the vanilla gives them a slight 'cake-y' flavor.  Try them out for yourself, hopefully you can get hold  freshly picked peaches too!

Peach Sour Cream Muffin Variations:

Substitute your favorite fruit to an entirely new flavor.  We recommend Black Berries, Blueberries or Strawberries!
