Things to Do in Fall in Lancaster PA

September 7, 2022

If you’re wondering, fall is pretty much the peak travel season in Lancaster PA.  Why?  Well, the weather tends to be awesome (not too hot, not too cold), it doesn’t rain much during our autumn months, there are LOTS of fall festivals & special events.  Plus it’s fun to see our Amish farmers harvesting their fields & selling the last of their fresh produce & flowers at their farm stands.

For anyone who’s been to Lancaster in the fall, they know to book early to reserve a room, especially if they’re traveling on a weekend.  It’s not unusual for every weekend to be fully booked at a local B&B by late August, early September!

We definitely hope to see you this fall.  If you need ideas for things to do, here’s a list of our 47 favorite things to do in fall in Lancaster PA… ENJOY!!
