Why reinvent the wheel when you can simply
build on its greatness, right?

Baked oatmeal remains one of Lancaster County's favorite dishes to start the
day. This particular recipe combines hearty oats with pumpkin, nutmeg, cloves,
ginger, cinnamon, and brown sugar. It's satisfying with just the right amount
of sweetness.

  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • Optional: whipped cream for topping
How to make it:
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
